2. Presentation Materials

• Prepare your slides in PowerPoint format with a 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen), best suited for LCD screen display. Use a minimum resolution of 1920 × 1080 (Full HD) for clear, sharp visuals.
• Bring your presentation file on a USB memory stick as a backup. No specific conference template is required.

3. Uploading Materials

Kindly upload your presentation file to the computer in the conference room at least 15 minutes before your session begins.

4. Presentation & Conference Etiquette

• Please wear your name tag at all times and follow the instructions of the session chair.
• Number your slides for easy reference — this helps both the audience and the session chair quickly locate specific points during the Q&A session. When responding to questions, refer to the relevant slide number.
