What's Included
Registration fee covers the participant's certificate, conference kit, breakfasts, lunches, afternoon snacks, and networking dinner. It does not cover accommodation, travel expenses, or the gastronomic heritage tour.
Payment Process
After you submit the form below, you'll be taken straight to a checkout page with your amount due and a BDO payment link. Once you pay, submit your BDO reference number there — our team verifies it and emails you a confirmation.
Registration Guidelines
At least one (1) author of an accepted abstract/paper must complete advance registration before the regular registration deadline (November 15, 2026) for the presentation to be included in the final program.
- Co-author(s) who are also attending must register separately.
- The registered author must be the First or Corresponding Author of the submitted abstract.
- Non-Presenter registration does not include the Banquet; a Banquet coupon may be purchased separately.
- Each author may submit a maximum of two (2) abstracts. A second accepted paper is charged an additional USD 75 (foreign author) or Php 3,000 (local author).
- Authors notified of abstract acceptance are recommended to complete regular registration before October 15, 2026.
- Student registrants must upload a photocopy of a valid student ID and a signed letter from their mentor/university confirming student status during online registration.
- Participants who wish to pay on-site may email ich2p.dlsl@gmail.com for consideration.
Accommodation
Accommodation and travel costs are not included in the registration fee — delegates arrange their own reservations. Early booking is advised, as the conference dates fall within Metro Manila's peak travel season.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are issued only by written email request to ich2p.dlsl@gmail.com.
- 60+ days before the conference: 50% refund. 40–60 days before: 30% refund. Within 40 days: no refund.
- A refund administrative fee of USD 50 applies to every refund.
- No refund is given for personal reasons (visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, financial default, etc.).
- The organizer reserves the right to change the conference date or venue in force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, civil unrest, infrastructure failure, pandemic, etc.); registrants are expected to cooperate with the resulting change/refund policy.
Payment Method
Registration is paid via BDO Checkout (see the Payment Process note above). Certain payment methods may be subject to an additional 2.4% convenience charge.

The conference secretariat will NOT request your personal information by phone for bank details, registration, or accommodation. If you receive a suspicious email or phone call from a non-official contact, please report it to
